■ Diagnostic: Identify the problems and difficulties of the Business.Interaction with clients is mandatory.
■ Requirement Gathering: Explore the current business process and then prepare a check list that these processes are needed to establish, as per your findings.
■ Implementation: Prepare all the master data, establish an ERP system and import all the data into the system for the roll out (new system Implementation).
■ Work on UAT: User Acceptance Testing. This is from both side, testing of software with all the required scenarios. Firstly testing should be done by Developer and Functional Consultant, then by the End-User.
■ Go-Live: Prepare system at it's fullest. Be ready for go-live. It's means, start live entries into the system.
■ Design Documents: Create User Manuals and share these with concerned persons & users.
■ End-User Training: Provide User Training at the end. Make it, easy to understand the work flow as per the new established system.
■ Support: During the Implementation and then after Implementation which is called, Post Implementation Support (this will be based on terms and conditions of Support Service agreement).
■ CRP for Discussion: Organize a Conference Room Pilot meeting, discuss all the relevant points with the Post-Implementation and plan for the Support Services or Close the delivered Project. Discuss on the deliverables and settle all the necessary things and move ahead for the next project. Make a habit to maintain all the things in mail, like; details of kick-off & crp meetings and service agreement to avoid future arguments and hurdles. You can also write down the minutes(points) of the meeting(mom).
